The main objective of this project is to address the needs identified within participating SMEs through training initiatives aimed at promoting innovation, competitiveness, and the professional development of employees, entrepreneurs, and managers.

The project seeks to strengthen management capabilities, improve organizational performance, and increase productivity and competitiveness.
